We called him Eddie Ames or "Sly" after Sly from "Sly and the Family Stone". He played the drums and was always drumming. He loved music which he played on the bus riding to and from school. I can still hear him drumming and singing all the hits, "Everyday People", "Dance to the Music", "Hot Fun in the Summertime", "I want to Take You Higher" and "Stand". Eddie was talented!
