Linda was a neighbor, lived just around the corner.  We were in Campfire Girls together, & I will always remember us all sleeping outdoors in her backyard while her mom, a nature expert, told us about the stars, planets, animals in the area as we gazed upward in the dark.

I still have some pictures (Polaroid!) of our Campfire Girls troupe-Debbie Jaffe, Kathy Anderson, Beverly Arbuckle, Linda, & me.  My mom also took some videos of our "fly-up" ceremony at the Town Forest.  Great memories, RIP, Linda.

I was a campfire girl with Linda...back in the day.  I remember sleeping out in a tent in her back yard.  Mrs. Eberly could identify every bird by it's call in the morning.  I learned so much from them.  Linda was a beautiful, kind and talented girl.  I remember her riding horses with Bonnie.  Rest in peace Linda.  You will not be forgotten.

Was so saddened to hear this.  What good times we had with Camp Fire and Horizon Club.  Camping in her backyard.  Her mom teaching us how to make and present an English High Tea.  Her dad flooding the backyard so we could ice-skate there in the winter.  And of course that cruise to Bermuda.  So many wonderful memories of such a dear friend...enuf to warm the heart for a life-time.  Love is after all, eternal!  RIP Linda.....you have left a part of yourself with us always.

Sad news about Linda.  She was one of two people that was a classmate from day one in the Needham Public School system.  (Dwight K-5th, 6th grade at Highland, Newman and NHS.)  Her athletic ability stood out from the start.  At Dwight she was always the fastest in the class, boy or girl.  RIP
